1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Twelve Transfers services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Twelve Transfers provides ground transportation services including airport transfers, point-to-point transfers, and hourly services in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and surrounding areas.

3. Booking and Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made at least 2 hours in advance
  • Bookings are confirmed only after payment is processed
  • You will receive a confirmation email with booking details
  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate pickup information

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices quoted are inclusive of all taxes and fees unless otherwise stated
  • Payment must be made at the time of booking
  • We accept major credit cards and debit cards
  • Prices are subject to change without notice

5. Cancellation Policy

Standard Transfers:

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup
  • 50% refund for cancellations 12-24 hours before pickup
  • No refund for cancellations less than 12 hours before pickup

Long Distance Transfers:

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup
  • 50% refund for cancellations 24-48 hours before pickup
  • No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup

6. No Show Policy

If you fail to appear at the designated pickup location within the waiting time period, your booking will be considered a no-show and no refund will be provided.

7. Waiting Time

  • Airport pickups: 60 minutes free waiting time from flight landing
  • Cruise port pickups: 60 minutes free waiting time
  • All other pickups: 15 minutes free waiting time
  • Additional waiting time may incur charges

8. Luggage Policy

  • Standard luggage allowance is included in the price
  • Excess luggage may require a larger vehicle at additional cost
  • Special items (surfboards, golf clubs, etc.) must be declared at booking

9. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must behave in a respectful manner. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for passengers who:

  • Are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs
  • Behave aggressively or abusively
  • Damage or soil the vehicle
  • Refuse to comply with safety requirements

10. Liability

Twelve Transfers liability is limited to the cost of the transfer service. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control
  • Missed flights or connections
  • Lost or damaged personal belongings
  • Consequential damages

11. Child Safety

Passengers traveling with children are responsible for providing appropriate child safety seats as required by law. Child seats can be requested at booking for an additional fee.

12. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to provide our services.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
